The 54701A 2.5GHz, 10:1 active probe provides ultra low loading of the device under test because of it's low 0.6 pF capacitive loading and it's high 100 kOhm resistive loading. It's 40 VAC maximum input voltage, �15 kV ESD tolerance and replaceable probe tips make the probe extremely reliable.
