1. Your product must be within the 5 day allowance for full product price refund from the received date. The received date is determined by the shipping carrier's date of delivery from their system or tracking number. The received date is considered day 1. For example, if your package arrived on Jan 1, 2009, the right of return would be valid until Jan 5th. On January 6th, your ROR, is no longer valid. 2. The refund does not include any associated calibration costs at all. 3. All shipping costs are non-refundable except for functionality issues within the United States and Canada only. Overseas shipping costs are non-refundable. 4. *All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless returned because of a functionality issue. 5. All returned items must be sent back to our main facility in Mendon, Ma. for an in-house inspection. All items sent with the original shipment must be returned. This includes CD-ROMS (manuals on *.pdfs), options, plugins, probes, power cords, moduels, etc..if an item is missing from original packaging or equipment itself. A refund will not be granted.

If the item can be repaired in house, TechRecovery will pay for all replacement and labor costs for the returned equipment. 3. If the item cannot be repaired, we offer a refund on product purchase price only. 4. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 5. Calibration costs are not covered. 6. All items will have a 15% restocking fee unless returned specifically for repair or functionality issue is present.

The received date is considered day 1. For example, if your package arrived on Jan 1, 2009, the warranty would be valid until March 1st assuming not a leap year (28 days in Feb). On March 2nd, your warranty is no longer valid. 1. All returned items will come back to our main facility in Mendon, Ma. For an in-house inspection. If the item can be repaired in house, TechRecovery will pay for all replacement and labor costs for the returned equipment. 2. If the item cannot be repaired, we offer a refund on product purchase price only. 3. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 4. Calibration costs are not covered. 5. Physical damage or modifying of the product in anyway will void this warranty This warranty is in effect on May 18, 2009. |
