The Sorensen DCS60-50, 60V, 3 kW DC Programmable Switching Power Supply incorporates current mode switching rates up to 100 kHz in high power density, low profile chassis. Utilizing unique packaging techniques, the DCS60-50 provides full output power (3 kW) in any volt/amp combination within the rated output voltage and current limits. The DCS60-50 has 10 turn potentiometers to adjust voltage and current settings that are displayed simultaneously. LEDs inindicate overtemperature, remote programing, shutdown and overvoltage protection, status and constant-voltage/current mode operation. The DCS60-50 has push button control of the output standby mode, OVP reset, remote/local programming and preview status of voltage, current and OVP setpoints. |

Our used NI PXI-4110 triple-output programmable DC power supply combines traditional linear and switching power technologies by configuring the switcher as a tracking regulator, essentially creating a rail with variable headroom above the programmed output. The end result is a module with two isolated channels, one from 0 to +20 V and the other from 0 to -20 V, and a single nonisolated channel from 0 to 6 V, all capable of putting out up to 1 A per channel. These basic power output specs are complemented by excellent resolution and low noise for the PXI-4110 as a voltage or current source.
